Wanna try Tiny living? Here`s your chance. Simply Southern ATX is located in Village Farm Agrihood on the east side of Austin, near the Travis County Expo Center. Relax at one of the two community pools, hot tub, or use the pocket parks where there are grills and fire pits.

Simply Southern sleeps 4 in two Queen beds; bedroom downstairs with door, loft is 2nd bedroom. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer with detergent for your use.. There are Roku TVs in both the Living room and Bedroom. Covered porch/patio space with couches.
Other Details to Note
Linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, and hairdryer are included with your stay. Keyless entry for convenience. There is onsite parking for two vehicles next to the house. If you have more than two vehicles, please park in the overflow area next to the office and pool. PLEASE NOTE, there is an additional $50 cleaning charge per week AFTER the first week.
